San has had 25 years experience in Physiotherapy having worked as a Senior Physiotherapist at Bankstown Hospital for 15 years. San has extensive experience in most areas of Physiotherapy including Women’s Health; Child and Youth Physiotherapy; Hands Therapy; Sports and Musculoskeletal injuries; Aged Care Physiotherapy.
San has been an examiner for the Australian Physiotherapy Council for many years and has completed a Certificate IV in Business Management. San has been involved in numerous research projects in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy. San has an extremely caring nature, ensuring all her patients get the best possible care. She enjoys mentoring the next generation of Physiotherapists and passing on her extensive knowledge.
San speaks Cantonese and Mandarin. A mother of 3 and a black belt in Aikido. San enjoys hiking and swimming. She enjoys reading sci-fi. She loves crafting, word and brain games.
Liam Fitzharris
Physiotherapist
Liam has a Masters of Physiotherapy as well as a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science. Liam has worked for over 8 years as a personal trainer and has a great knowledge of sports, exercise prescription and rehabilitation. Liam has a passion for helping people achieve their goals and building their confidence to get the most out of their lives.
In particular Liam enjoys working with athletes, kids and people with disabilities. Liam has played and coached soccer. He enjoys going to the gym and plays a variety of sports including soccer, OzTag, Tennis, Rock Climbing and Athletics. Outside of work his puppy Odin keeps him busy most days.
Liam Delle Coste
Remedial Massage Therapist
Liam is an experienced Remedial Massage Therapist having completed a Diploma of Remedial Massage and Certificate IV in Massage Therapy. Liam has experience with deep tissue and remedial massage, relaxation massage, and sports massage.
Liam has extensive experience in the sports field having previously completed a Bachelor of Sports and Exercise Science. He has a long sporting history working with sporting clubs such as a trainer for Southern Districts Rugby.
Liam is very personable and enjoys working with clients and within the team. He joins the team having worked at a number of massage clinics as well as operating his own Remedial Massage business out of his home.
Liam is passionate about working with clients of all ages and goals. He enjoys working with athletes, the elderly and people with a disability. He loves working with people who are experiencing pain or those where a disability is impairing their function as he finds those people can often benefit the most from his therapy.
Liam is very family and sport-orientated spending much of his spare time between family and soccer.
Clare Miller
Senior Speech Therapist
Originally from Canada, Clare has a Master’s in Speech Language Pathology, a Bachelor’s in Community Rehabilitation and Disability, and a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant diploma. Clare has worked in community, school, and clinic settings, building expertise in many areas including speech sound disorders, neurodiversity-affirming social communication, Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), and early language development.
Passionate about creating inclusive communication environments, Clare collaborates closely with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams. She has also completed additional training in the Hanen programs "More Than Words" and "It Takes Two to Talk."
Clare provides evidence based, children and family centred care to children and youth under 18 years old. She sees private clients, those under medicare and NDIS. Outside of work, Clare enjoys traveling, baking, and walking her Finnish Lapphund, Clover.
Mabel Zhong
Senior Speech Therapist
Mabel has extensive experience working with children with a wide variety of communication disorders. She enjoys working with children and families / carers, working collaboratively with other professionals, teachers, educators. Mabel has extensive experience working with clients under the NDIS. Mabel has a Bachelor of Speech, Hearing and Language Sciences as well as a Masters of Speech and Language Pathology. Mabel has been a clinical educator, supervising junior Speech Pathologists and students.
Mable has conducted individual and group workshops in various schools, preschools, including South Western Sydney primary and high schools; Play2Learn transition to school workshops; save the children refugee groups for children 0-5. Mabel has also worked with clients with swallowing difficulties / modified diets. Mabel loves to travel. She has a passion for hiking and listening to podcasts.
Surleen Kaur
Senior Occupational Therapist
Surleen has extensive experience working with children and families from various cultural backgrounds. She has experience conducting full Occupational Therapy assessments, Functional Capacity, Psychosocial and NDIS assessments, including developmental milestones, McMasters handwriting assessment, and Adaptive Behaviour Assessment System-2.
Surleen has a Masters of Occupational Therapy and a Bachelor of Health Science (Therapeutic Recreation). Surleen works with children and families collaboratively and develops goals and holistic treatment plans in conjunction with educators and the health care team. She implements evidence-based early intervention therapy sessions. Surleen enjoys clinical supervision and mentoring early career therapists. She is very passionate about improving the quality of life and empowering children to participate in daily living activities. In her spare time, Surleen enjoys hiking and spending time with her dog. She has a passion for reading and trying new restaurants!
Melanie Way
Senior Client Relationship Manager
Mel joins the team with decades of customer service experience. She ran her own business for nearly a decade, being a finalist in the Bankstown local business awards on a number of occasions, as a testament to her focus on putting people first. Besides managing our admin team, Mel manages her sons T-ball team, and her busy household with 2 young kids.
They enjoy going to the beach or local pool, and taking their puppy Freddy for a walk after school. Mel loves a chat, as in a past career Mel used to be a hairdresser. Mel’s great to have around for special occasions, as she used to run her own cookie / cupcake-making business! Her guilty pleasure is watching trashy TV after the kids have gone to bed.
Brinly Peters

Brinly is currently studying Exercise and Sport Science before moving on to a Masters in Physiotherapy. She has a passion for exercise and going to the gym which started with her love of cricket.
She was a coach with Bankstown Sports Cricket Club and has received the Bankstown Sports Women’s Cricket Club Rookie of the year award! She has a kavoodle named Ollie and loves watching live music. She is very social and community focused having grown up with a younger brother and sister.

Gabbi has a passion for working with people and the community. She has worked most of her career in welfare and support roles. Gabbi grew up in the local community and has worked for over 13 years with children and youth in various roles.
Gabbi is eager to step into this role and loves to chat. In her spare time, she loves doing creative projects such as drawing, crochet and spending time with family and friends.
